After installing the Road Estimator software, I am getting a message 'Authorization Failure'. What is the solution?

1. Once installation completes, run the updates available in Install kits/Updates/RE9 Updates/RE9922WT.exe  and click on Yes to continue.

2.  Select the installation directory location. The default directory is C:\Program Files\Infycons\RE9. Select the appropriate folder where you want to install Road Estimator and continue by clicking the Next button.

 

3. Then choose the license type: SL (Software License) if you are having 'Product Key' or  HL (Hardware License) if you are having dongle. Continue by pressing Next.

4.  Road Estimator update is ready to install, click on Install button to proceed.

5. Click Finish to exit setup. Insert the dongle and start the application.
