My computer was formatted and hence it requires re-installation. When I try to re- install AutoPlotter 10 with the provided product key, it does not activate. How to solve the issue?.

My computer was formatted and hence it requires re-installation. When I try to re- install AutoPlotter 10 with the provided product key, it does not activate. How to solve the issue?.

Generally you have to deactivate the license before formatting your system so that you can re-install the software by  using the installation kit and select the license type as  SL (Software License)  and enter the product key which can re-activate the software.
If the system has already been formatted without the deactivation then, please write a mail to "support@infycons.com" so that our team can assist you.
