How to trim the field layer / work done levels up to side slopes in Road Estimator.?
Follow the steps to trim the field layers at side slope of the proposed road:
- Go to Field Layers under Data menu
- On the right side of the Field Layers window, you can see the Correction & Data Generation options. This correction is applied to the field layer that is selected from the list displayed on the left side.
- After selecting the layer, select FROM -TO conditions from the drop-down list as per your requirement e.g. if there is no correction on the left side (may be because the field layer could be beginning at the center of the road), select No Correction and the field layer is going beyond the template side slope on the right side, select Right SS(1) OR RIGHT SS Cut(1) based on your requirement.
- Click on the Create button and the selected field layer will be automatically trimmed as per condition selected.
Note: Do not save data after trimming.
